Went into LV with my friend yesterday and was greeted by the lovely lady at the door. Whilst waiting to be served we decided to look around the store. The beautiful Mikayla came to help us and she was absolutely delightful. She made us feel so welcome even offering us both a glass of champagne. I ended up purchasing a bucket hat and passport holder and my friend bought and handbag and belt. What a lovely experience we both had considering the disastrous one I had at Chanel a few months before. Thank you Mikayla. We will be coming back soon to see you again.

We had good sales person helping us. She explained everything that we asked for. Patiently showing us some items before we made final decision of which one to buy. She pleased us to sit in the lounge area while waiting for her preparing my new handbag. Earlier we also got served some refreshment drinks. Thank you for make us feeling comfortable here 👌

Went in last week to purchase a bag which unfortunately was not in stock so the sales person offered to do a order for me to get delivered to my house. I was told the order would arrive within a week . It's now day 9 still don't have a bag. The only feed back I get is if I have contacted the store.... my order still has not been shipped from where ever its supposed to come from?...or sent to me . I have no idea as to when I'm getting this item and the store can not tell me any info about the delivery as to when I can I expect it. Very dissapointed in the service and lack of communication. For such a high end store I can not believe the service. One very dissapointed customer 😒

My wife, mother in law and friend tried to go shopping at this store yesterday at approximately11:30am. The woman in her early 60's wouldn't even allow them to have a brouse without taking down their information! Name, email and plenty more questions were asked? Seriously? Thankfully Gucci was just down the road. They went there without an appointment also, and were welcomed with wonderful customer service, offered refreshments and are very happy with their purchases.

Had every intention of purchasing my first LV today. The saleswoman was so and unenthusiastic & not knowledgeable. Next to us was another saleswoman with a client, she was amazing and helpful and was explaining everything to the client. For a top quality store you need top quality salespeople, nothing less than the best. Needless to say I did not purchase a bag.

I’ve experienced an extremely negative experience at the LV Perth store by assistant Jeremy today. No greetings received from the first interaction. Whilst browsing and trying on a Sunnies, I placed the glasses back onto the shelf and another assistant removed the same item and passed it to another customer to try on. Jeremy rudely approached me and asked what have I done with the Sunnies, implying I have stolen the item. I was very embarrassed by this as other people witnessed the interaction. I then informed Jeremy that the item is taken by one of his colleague for another customer. He then told me Ok, make sure to put it back on the shelf…. Absolutely speechless, I abandoned my plan of continue shopping here snd left. This person obviously require alot of training on the basic etiquette and customer service skill.

Promised the world and goods not delivered We wanted a something for our daughters 21st which was four weeks prior We were told the particular size was not in stock and they wil order for us. We had to pay for the ring upfront Four weeks went by had not heard we went in the day before our daughters 21st birthday only to be told they were having troubling locating another ring. There was no contact made from the person who served us Pat to us we wasted a trip in the city to be told there was nothing they can do. We were not able to give it to her for her birthday, apart from a photocopied photo Which is totally unprofessional but to take our money upfront. There was no solution to be resolved just told sorry about that Absolutely appaulled in the customer service Pat did not show no remorse in helping us with the situation. My question why not a courtesy call to keep us posted with what is happening ? Did he forget? If we had known earlier we would have opted for something else but that wasnt event suggested. Today we txt Pat to find out what is happening with the ring? Because its been a week and still hadnt heard and this was his reply I’ve contacted our merchandise team and we’re looking to source a size 59 ring in from Singapore. Due to the size 58 will not be available until next year delivery. As soon as I have an update regarding the ring, I’ll get in contact with you. Why was this NOT HANDLED DIFFERENTLY or sooner? Did he forget but happy he got his commission THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH And in future dont take people’s money if you cant deliver
